Early in his career, Kwadjo embarked on a path to learn how underserved communities could better position themselves financially. He became fascinated with sales, viewing it as “the great equalizer”. This inspired him to switch industries and learn everything he could about the business. He was hired in an entry-level position within a Fortune 100 company and quickly climbed the ranks until he was responsible for leading multiple sales teams. He is now in a position to teach everyone regardless of education or experience the skills needed to create the lifestyle they want.
