Dustin Carlson brings over 15 years in the financial services industry. His leadership has helped grow sales distributions through leadership, mentorship, and follow through. 

As a National Sales Director he will be serving as a key stakeholder in training and onboarding associates. He will have a strong focus on growing sales and maintaining client experience from a presentation all the way through our FinFit Life movement, along with other areas of responsibility.
